The customized MMS workflow encompasses the entire Spot life cycle – from customer upload and video standardization, through to QC and delivery to commercial insertion equipment. Spots and associated metadata are stored in a searchable central Media Library, providing a history of spot deployment as well as a low-res proxy video appropriate for desktop viewing
Workflow incorporates multiple 3rd party processes (transcoding/audio normalization/integrity check, etc.), and is driven by popular traffic and billing systems such as Novar or Eclipse.
Spot aggregation and distribution exploit VideoShip’s Sure-X technology, with integrated acceleration that efficiently move files across the Internet or internal network at top speeds.
Spots and associated metadata are exported directly to commercial insertion equipment such as Seachange or Arris, with final delivery status returned to an intuitive dashboard used to monitor spots through the workflow process
VideoShip provides technical support for all network operations, including a customer call center - assisting clients to upload their spots for airing.
