Support Technicians

VideoShip offers 7/24 support services from its Network Operations Center located in the North Atlanta area. We are looking for individuals with experience in providing network and application level support, preferably in a call center environment. Positions – both full and part time - require good communication skills, a strong technical background, and an understanding of IP/Internet protocols as well as experience with Windows Server platforms. A background in the cable or broadcast industries is also highly desirable.

Web Developers

VideoShip is seeking intermediate/senior programmers with solid development backgrounds in an ASP.Net environment (VB.Net, C#, AJAX, Java Script, SQL Server). Successful candidates will become part of a small, highly-skilled team who design and build video-centric web based applications for the cable and broadcast industries. Team members also provide second-level technical support for deployed systems. Good oral and written communication skills, as well as proven experience with advanced web GUI development are mandatory.
